Okay, I'm a fan of Google. I really am. Just about everything they do is amazing. However, trying to customize a Blogger web journal if you're not fluent in HTML is like pulling teeth, so I've fallen back to the much more flexible format of Xanga once again. Perhaps if I learn HTML someday, I'll come back to this site and go nuts. Until then... http://www.xanga.com/SalveAmice

Rachel, I stumbled across this in looking at the people who have access to my blog...
I just wanted to let you know that you can use blogger without recourse to annoying HTML games. There's a tab in the upper right hand corner of the text box (actually two of them: "edit HTML;" and "Compose"). This gives you the *option* of using HTML, but does not make it mandatory.
